2. Landscape photo – move the photo to the LEFT and RIGHT.
3. Only the photo within the box will be framed.
4. If the photo resolution is low, please upload a higher resolution photo or change the frame size.
5. Do not upload photos from Social Media.
The resolution of your photo is too low and may appear grainy or pixelated when printed.
Solution:
1. Try uploading a higher resolution photo or
2. Upload the same photo on a smaller frame size.
The size of your photo is too big that we can not afford to process it on our server. Maximum upload size should not be more than 20MB
